MN (Collegiate All-American)
Hi Hugo! This email is long overdue, but I hope everything is going well for you! This season started out well and I was consistently jumping at higher heights than last year. We traveled down to Mankato where I jumped 1.69 meters which would ultimately qualify me for the NCAA national championships. Just after Mankato I got a stress reaction in my left foot (my jumping foot). I was instantly pulled and wasn’t allowed to practice or compete for three weeks. For a while I thought that I was going to be out the rest of the season, but luckily it was caught early so I returned to practice and competition a week and a half before nationals. Coming into nationals I was ranked 16th out of 17 for the NCAA Indoor Championships last weekend in Lincoln, Nebraska. At the national meet, I tied for 8th so I BECAME AN INDOOR ALL-AMERICAN!!! I just want to thank you again for everything that you have done for me. Without you and KTC none of this would be possible! I owe it to you. Thanks for your continued support it means the world to me! I plan on doing more camps this summer, so I hope to see you then! Nicole Christianson
