Dear Hugo, Thanks for your email. Isaiah is attending Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD. He did a lot of soul searching and decided to accept a track scholarship with them. As you probably know he had a nice season. He jumped 6’7 and won both the Howard Wood and State Meet and was the best jumper in the state this year. One of my favorite weekends was when he competed two days in a row and jumped 6’6 at both meets winning both. I do wonder if he had only jumped one meet if he would have gone higher! It was wonderful to see his confidence and pride in what he was doing, as I know you can appreciate with your daughter. Our experience with you was something we will always treasure. You were an integral part of his success, and your positive attitude and encouragement made an enormous difference for him. We wish you and your family the best in the future. Because my daughter, Alexa likes to jump as well I anticipate our paths may cross again. If you are ever in Rapid City, please look us up. Brian.
